WHY A SEPARATE LAW IS NEEDED
Operation of the existing legislation does not cover domestic violence restraint, prevention, does not allow protecting victim before doing injuries, preventing a murder, committed at home, as the police does not have legal reasons for getting inside the house and apprehending the criminal.

WHY A SEPARATE LAW IS NEEDED
Operation of the existing legislation does not cover domestic violence restraint, prevention, does not allow protecting victim before doing injuries, preventing a murder, committed at home, as the police does not have legal reasons for getting inside the house and apprehending the criminal.
The Law defines "a domestic violence" and its types as well as allows the police to prevent crimes relating to spouses, children, close relatives, close partners.
The Law introduces the system of protective instructions, while executing which the abuser is isolated from the victim, the aggressor is prohibited to approach the victim, his/her place of work, residence, place of often visit, but not when the beaten victim wearing slippers, holding his/her phone runs outside in tears and does not know what to do next.
Nowadays based on our laws, the victim shall prove himself/herself that he/she is a victim, herewith no free legal support is provided for him/her and the abuser is provided with a free lawyer for our taxes! The state protects abuser more than victim. If the Law is adopted, victim will be protected by the state and the police but not the victim himself/herself will begin to collect evidence.
The Law introduces exact abuser handling measures: anger handling programs, restrictive measures to prevent repetitions of violence.
