          WHY A SEPARATE LAW IS NEEDED
          Operation of the existing legislation does not cover domestic violence restraint, prevention, does not allow protecting victim before doing injuries, preventing a murder, committed at home, as the police does not have legal reasons for getting inside the house and apprehending the criminal.

          The Law defines "a domestic violence" and its types as well as allows the police to prevent crimes relating to spouses, children, close relatives, close partners...
